The easiest way to order from us is via our website, simply click the 'Add to cart' button of the keyboard, choose your destination and click 'Checkout'. Then enter your address and card information and you're done.

Do you ship internationally?
Our keyboards ship worldwide. We use Royal Mail to get your keyboards to you as quickly as and as safely as possible. We ship from UK. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro. We will accept Paypal after pre-order.
You can cancel your pre-order at any time for a full refund before delivery. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account.
Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from VEXC HOW DESIGN:
You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from VEXC HOW DESIGN, can be returned to VEXC HOW DESIGN. VEXC HOW DESIGN products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
For returns and exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse.
We will refund your payment on goods in 'as new' condition, but we ask you to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
Once your goods are back at VEXC HOW DESIGN’s warehouse, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account.

How to Return an Item
In the event that you should need to return anything to us, you will need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to track your returned goods. To obtain an RMA number please click the 'Log a return' button. If you already have an RMA number and wish to track the status of your return click the 'track a return' button.
I think my goods are faulty or damaged.
A lot of technical issues can be sorted out via email or over the phone, please contact us before returning your goods.
Do I have to pay VAT?
All EU customers will need to pay VAT, if you are an EU business outside of the UK and you have a valid VAT number, you should be able to order without VAT, when ordering enter your VAT number with your address details. If you are outside of the EU your order should not include VAT however you will be liable for any duties and/or taxes when your goods arrive. Customs duties/taxes are the responsibility of the receiver, they vary greatly from country to country and we advise you to get in contact with your local customs office for further information. Legally we have to declare the actual value of the order sent, we will not be able to mark it as a gift. Some UK tax exempt organisations may be able to order without VAT for this you will need to contact us directly.
